I am a Core Process Psychotherapist with training in Hakomi Body Centred Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for working with the effects of trauma and Integrative Baby Therapy which looks at the impact of our pre and perinatal experience on us as adults in the world.

With experience of working in private practice and third sector organisations, both as a psychotherapist and managing therapeutic services, I offer an understanding of working and supporting practices in different settings.

I have 12 years’ experience of working in an area of multiple deprivation and feel strongly about the importance and value of making therapy practical and accessible to all, meeting clients where they are, and working within the context of their lives.

All client supervision work is welcome and met with the spirit of curiosity and compassion and a joy of the process of learning through reflective practice.
