MA Core Process Psychotherapy
I have worked within the field of health for almost 30 years, initially as a Health Researcher and then as a Psychotherapist. I am passionate about mindful and compassionate approaches to wellbeing, and for over 15 years have offered Core Process Psychotherapy within both NHS and private environments. Ten years ago, I founded Mudita House, a well-being practice in Penzance, Cornwall. From there, I facilitate local groups for Cancer Support, Meditation and Death Cafes. I also work for Cancerlifeline, a Devon based charity who offer residential breaks to those affected by Cancer. I have devoted over 20 years to family care – primarily as a daughter, mother, and sister. I have enjoyed a personal mediation practice for over 25 years, and spent many months on retreat. I live in beautiful seaside village in Far West Cornwall with my family and pets.
